Experience
As an Education Program Officer, I specialize in managing Registered Training Organisations for HV drivers' licensing training and assessment. I excel in managing 'capacity' training initiatives that drive organizational change. My passion lies in developing creative solutions that combine staff initiatives (training, onboarding, capability upskilling) to achieve shared goals, personal and company success, and establishing a positive workplace culture. I have a successful track record in workplace literacy projects which bring about transformative change.
Skills
With a strong program and education management background, I like to lead diverse projects, including business transformation and comprehensive training initiatives. My collaborative approach extends to stakeholder engagement, where I will build solid relationships and address the needs of diverse learner demographics. I like to utilise a servant leadership approach, building from within the Team. Beyond the professional realm, my commitment includes research on migrant settlement, Pacific and migrant community engagement, my mentorship program, Wayfinder™, and impactful volunteer work.

I have an MBA in International Business and Graduate Diplomas in LLN Practice & NZ Immigration. I have completed my Training and Assessment, Diploma of Management and have certifications as a Scrum Master and as a Competency Based Skills Examiner for Exemplar Global. My education continues with my work and research on enhancing settlement outcomes for migrants - KiwiOra™ and leveraging my experience, to empower individuals to navigate their learning environment more effectively, fostering productivity through tailored guidance and support.
